To ensure system security, only authorized users and personnel are provided access to Complio. Each authorized user has a unique username and password. Passwords must meet minimum criteria, including length and use of specific characters, to ensure maximum system security.

Encryption

American DataBank encrypts data to assure data integrity and confidentiality and to protect highly confidential data files. We use products that support strong encryption algorithms, encrypt data in transit when appropriate and encrypt all passwords when stored in the database.

Data Storage, Retention & Disposal

Data is never stored in a full, unmasked format. Sensitive information is only be kept as long as is necessary to meet business, legal and regulatory requirements. Data that is no longer needed is disposed of according to appropriate procedures.
